• Our day to day actions create a big impact

At wayvie, we believe sustainability is a need to do, not an option. As we deliver our work, we recognise that we leave an adverse environmental footprint behind us.

This is why we made a commitment to be carbon positive by the end of 2021.

Giving something back, doing the right thing and playing our small part will have a big impact. And you know us, we’re all about the impact.

    Our Commitment
  • learning and development services help green-focused companies develop people and business skills

Working together for a positive future

We’ll be partnering with a number of environmental organisations to support their work on climate change.

For every learner that takes part in a wayvie course, we’ll donate a percentage of their fees to one of our partner organisations.
By doing this, we can continue to deliver our high standards of training whilst making steps towards a healthier, happier planet for all.

    Our Sustainability Partners

SloCo are a not-for-profit organisation that specialise in the conservation and research of wild endangered sloths and we are delighted to support their dream of preventing sloths ever needing rescue by tackling the problems these animals are facing in the wild. SloCo protect dying species, educate, re home and plant trees to expand natural habitat.

Our net zero mission is made possible through our partnership with Sustainable Business Services. This partnership allows us to the track the impact of our business on the environment and reach our commitment to reduce our overall carbon footprint.

As we strive to leave a positive impact on people’s sales and leadership skills, we recognise that in our delivering our work we leave a negative footprint on the environment. Through supporting Ecologi, we can compensate for our carbon footprint and help support climate change projects such as tree planting and carbon reduction.

    The Million Tree Pledge

Here at the Chilli Group, we decided to take The Million Tree Pledge after being inspired by our partners: Ecologi. We’re now part of a community of individuals and organisations who recognise the impact we can have and want to take real action on the climate crisis, having collectively invested in planting over 10 Million trees and counting!
